  1. Are RFI prices higher than other retailers?

    Maybe if you have the cash to pay in full and you shop around? Our program is designed to be competative while providing credit to everyone. RFI realizes that sometimes bad things can happen to good, hard working people. That’s why we specialize in serving people who’ve had past credit problems or have no credit. Sometimes credit problems happened because of unforeseen circumstances, like job loss, medical bills, and even divorce. Other times it can be because of prior abuse with credit that was granted or simply because the person applying for credit has no prior credit history.

    Having credit is a privilege that no company is required to offer. As you know, having credit is a matter of trust and a promise, the promise that the person receiving the credit will pay back the company that is providing the credit. When a person’s payment history is not consistent with that promise to pay the credit back, it can become extremely difficult to obtain future financing. Banks and other lenders are often not willing to take a risk on a person with a bad credit history, which can leave them with few if any' options. RFI is willing to take that chance, but it is reflected in our higher prices. This is no different than how an insurance company sets its rates for policy premiums. If you’ve been in a lot of accidents, your insurance rate will reflect it. The truth is that we all pay higher prices because of waste, mismanagement, abuse and default. It’s built into the prices of everything we buy.

    While our prices may be slightly higher, they tend to be lower than a rent to own' program. For people who have sufficient cash or can obtain financing from other means our program may not be what you are looking for? Or if you need your merchandise immediately, we suggest you investigate other alternatives. But for those people without the immediate cash and resources who want to participate in our program, we offer a chance to get your products through our No Interest Finance program. We encourage our customers to examine all of their options before making a purchase decision so they can choose what’s best for them and their individual situation.

  3. I submitted my order to RFI but haven't heard back?

    Our company goal is to acknowledge all orders and answer all email inquiries within 24-48 hours. If you don't get a response before then make sure that our response didn't get into your Junk Mail Folder.

  5. I Can't Find what I'm looking for?

    RFI buys from various manufacturers, distributors and retailers. If you don't see what you're looking for in our online catalog, and you know the specific product model you are looking for send your request to support@ReStartfinance.com and we may be able to get it and set up a No Interest Finance plan for you.

  7. What happens if I miss a payment before the shipment of my order?

    Making timely payments is how we lower the costs and risks of financing to our customers who cannot obtain financing elsewhere. If you miss any payment we will add an additional six weeks’ worth of payments to the minimum three months required before we ship your merchandise to you. In short, we will ask that you put more money down on the merchandise before it is shipped.If you miss alot of payments we may require that you pay your balance in full before shipping. If no payment has been made on your No Interest Finance account for more 15 days past your last due date, written notice (certified letter) will be sent to you. This letter will give you a deadline to make payment. If no further payment is received within 10 days from the written notice, your No Interest Finance purchase plan will become suspended.

  9. What happens if you cancel or your account is terminated for non payment?

    There will be a $150.00 early termination fee debited from monies paid for cancelled and non payment terminated accounts. Refunds are processed directly into your bank account.

  11. How many total payments do I have to make?

    All of our plans are for a maximum of twelve (12) months which is 52 payments if paid weekly. There is no penalty for paying off your No Interest Finance plan early.

  13. How long will it take to receive my order?

    After order submission, It’s really up to you. It can be as fast as you want. Since we don’t check your credit, all that we ask is that you establish a short three month consecutive layaway payment history with us and then you’ll be approved. This equals about 25% down before delivery of your merchandise. You can make extra payments anytime to get your merchandise sooner if you want.

  15. What happens if my product is discontinued while I am paying on my No Interest Finance plan?

    If your product(s) is discontinued, a comparable item from the same manufacturer will be selected by the RFI Support Team. Before the item is shipped a support team member will notify the customer by email of the order change. The customer at that time may accept the order change or choose another item from our line of quality products. After confirmation, RFI will ship your brand new product(s) to your home.

  19. Are there any hidden costs or fees?

    No. Your all inclusive payment plan includes everything, all applicable sales tax, shipping, and handling fees.

  20. What is No Interest Financing?

    It is an extremely popular all inclusive purchase plan designed for customers who want to buy merchandise without paying interest or paying the full price immediately. No Interest Finance Plans are credit purchases not a lease or rental. When you buy on credit, you recieve your merchandise before you pay the entire purchase amount. Many other finance companies will also charge you interest charges on top of your purchase. When you purchase with RFI you get the benefit of our No Interest Finance plan, you pay no interest ever and recieve the merchandise before it is paid in full.

  22. What type of payment plans do you offer?

    We offer convenient weekly, bi-weekly (every two weeks), twice monthly (two times a month) and monthly* payment plans. It up yo you, we work around your payment schedule, so it makes it easier for you to budget the payments.

  26. What is the Return Policy?

    All Opened items may only be exchanged within 20 days of your product's shipping date, for the same item only. No refunds are available for any items, if opened. To make a return, please go to "Contact Us". Email us with the subject line stating "Return" and a Customer Service Representative will contact you shortly.

  28. Can you buy for less someplace else?

    You will find that there are many choices before you. Most retailers require full payment in cash prior to receiving the merchandise. That means you must either already have the credit in place to finance your purchase or be able to pay for it with cash. That’s why their prices may be lower. We don’t compete with these types of retailers. Instead, we are a competitive alternative with rent to own and many competetor high interest finance programs, which typically require longer payment plans (up to two years) before you can own your merchandise outright. Our program is designed for one year. The minor drawback is establishing the three month payment history prior to receiving your merchandise. The good news is that you’ll own it sooner and likely pay a lot less than a rent to own program and it will be Brand New.

  30. How much is your standard Desktop and Laptop systems?

    The total all inclusive package price for our basic desktop system is $1,762.48. The price includes your $99 activation fee, the price of the computer, shipping & handling. The total all inclusive package price for our basic laptop system is $2,183.48. This includes the $99 activation fee, the price of the computer, shipping & handling. The prices above assume that your account does not go delinquent and you make all your payments on time throughout the program.

  32. What are my payment options?

    Currently, we ONLY accept payments via Online by Automatic Draft Check or mailed check/money order. We do NOT accept credit card payments.

  34. What happens if I need to temporarily suspend my account or my account becomes suspended?

    We want to work with all of our customers and we realize that sometimes unexpected things can happen. Our policy is if your account is suspended for any reason you will be allowed 90 days to re-activate your account and all funds paid will be applied toward your purchase price. You can re-activate your account at any time during this 90 day period and still apply all funds paid toward your purchase. However, when you re-activate your account we may require that you start over on making the three months of payments before your merchandise shipped. So when your ready simply re-activate your account and your order will be re-instated. Now thats peace of mind.

  36. Do you sell used or refurbished products?

    We do NOT sell used or refurbished goods. ALL of the merchandise sold through RFI is brand new. All of our merchandise is brand name and comes with the manufacturers’ warranty. The products we deliver are high quality from many well known manufacturers.

  38. My ACH check returned Insufficient Funds, what happens next?

    If your ACH check is returned NSF, we will attempt to redeposit the check one additional time and your balance will be debited $30 for each NSF check submitted.

  40. How do I submit a payment online?
    1. Login to your account
    2. Select the "Make a Payment" link
    3. At the top of the screen, submit the amount of your payment.
    4. Next choose "I am paying by Online Check" and enter your banking account information.
    5. Click "Make a Payment" button to submit your payment.
    6. You will receive an email confirmation of the payment being made and the payment will reflect to your account immediately.

  42. Can I make a FULL payment for my order?

    Yes. But we are primarily a finance company and we provide a great service for our customers that desire to use Finance Plans. We appreciate your business and we are happy to service all customers. However all finance plans must be open at least 30 days before you recieve any credit benefit. But you can pay as much extra as you want after you make your first payment. All you have to do is contact our customer service department and we’ll take your payment instructions.

  44. What does it mean if my order is pending for order verification?

    Most orders are approved instantly, however, for financial security reasons we select some orders to be manually verified. All orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. If there is an issue with the verification process of your order, we will notify you by email. Your order will not be released until you fulfill your verification requirements. This process further enables us to combat fraudulent orders from being placed.

  46. Is there a minimum payment amount?

    Yes, When you are submitting an online payment or additional payments, the minimum amount submitted must be at least $10.00.

    Calls are recorded for quality. In some cases we use them to help quickly resolve any potential misunderstanding or situation. This helps to both protect the company and the customer. It has proven a tremendous value in being able to resolve situations quickly and efficiently to all parties’ mutual satisfaction. When a caller calls our sales or customer service department, the greeting notifies them that the call may be recorded.

    We realize that in the course of normal business there may be situations where the customer and the company disagree. Consequently, ReStart has a dedicated team to review specific customer situations to achieve a satisfactory resolution. We believe in integrety and honesty.

ReStart is unlike traditional finance companies; RFI will never check your credit or measure you based on some credit score. Past credit problems will not affect you. We ignore the past competely and grant you a start fresh. All we ask is that you build credit with us by establishing a short payment history and then we will deliver your brand new TV or Computer. It’s so easy. Since we don't check your credit, and the plan is simple to start by paying a $99.00 initial fee, then followed by 52 weeks of consecutive No Interest payments of $31.99 a week. After 90 days of on time' payment history we guarantee to finance the balance of your purchase price, order your merchandise, and your order will be shipped directly to your home via UPS or FedEx. It's that simple!.
